Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Processing and dispatch

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation on business days.
• Standard domestic delivery typically arrives in 2–5 business days.
• Every order ships with tracking. You can follow it at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on all US orders. One free 3ml vial of bacteriostatic water is included with every purchase.

Packaging

Lyophilized material is shipped in sealed vials with discreet, unmarked outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive items ship with insulated packaging when required.

Delivery issues

If a package is lost, delayed beyond 10 business days, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will investigate and replace or refund it.
