Returns & Refunds

No returns or refunds on opened or used products

Because these are laboratory research materials, we cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds on opened, reconstituted, or used vials. All sales are final once the product seal is broken or the vial has been handled outside of our controlled environment.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

• Report damage, a shipping error, or a missing package within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
• Verified issues are resolved by replacement or reshipment at our discretion.
• Packages confirmed lost in transit are replaced or reshipped at no cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before they are marked shipped. Contact us with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Chargeback policy

We encourage customers to contact us first with any concern. Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any replacement offer.
